Request a refund through Steam
Refund yourself, no email needed: open the app's Credits tab, find the purchase under History, and press Refund. Eligible packs (unused, within 14 days) are refunded automatically to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your Stripe receipt email contains your order reference; that is the fastest path. Send it to developer@gendershift.app and we will take care of the rest. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
If the paths above fail you (a refund button that will not appear, a lost receipt, anything odd), email developer@gendershift.app with your order reference and we will sort it out. We verify refund requests against the payment itself, never against account activity.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including EU/UK statutory withdrawal and conformity rights and equivalent protections in Japan and Korea. Where local law grants you more than this policy does, local law wins.
